Oh Gosh I’m Sleepy x_X;

I had hard time falling asleep for some reason last night. I don’t think I slept at all. I kept tossing around and when I realized it, it was already 7am. I thought of trying one more time, but decided to wake up and get ready for work. I got to work at 8:30am, which is probably one of the earliest time I’ve ever got to work. Heh.

I started to pick up some old stuff again. I started to work out at gym (cardio+swim) twice a week, I started to play piano from yesterday (wonder how long I’ll last!), and today I started my Chinese 4 class!

Working out is going pretty well; I usually do 15~20 minutes cardio (mainly elliptical machine), then 15~20 minutes swimming. It’s kind of good feeling that I am able to swim in free style again. When I first restarted it, I was almost drowning. It was hard to take a breath. But now, it isn’t so hard any more! Woo :D

Piano is basically working out fingers now. I used to joke “the only work out I do is working out my fingers” (= keep chatting online), but no, that wasn’t enough! Lol. Playing the piano is pretty hard after I haven’t played it seriously for more than ten years. My fingers are now very weak, so I had to restart from very basics – Hanon. After playing for some music pieces for about an hour, I came back to laptop and tried to type. Strange, but my fingers were accustomed to hit keys on one line, so I was making typos everywhere. Lol.

Then, Mandarin. Mandarin and me goes all the way back to my high school year… I took half a year of Mandarin back then. Then when I came to the States, I had all those Taiwanese friends, so my Mandarin probably improved more than English. Though, I lost it quickly after attending CalPoly. Then I finally decided to take some class to improve it again. That was probably three or four years ago now. After those blank, taking Chinese 4 is… VERY HARD. Most of my classmates speak Mandarin pretty well + good pronunciation. And there I was, stuttering on every word when I had to make an introduction in Mandarin… orz; I need to dig up my old textbook and read them again. As soon as the class was over, I called my mom so that I can practice talking with her, but in the end she was using more Taiwanese and I was using more Japanese… -__-;;
